People talk about how meeting a specific person changed their lives. Their partner, best friend, etc. How amazing and life changing woudl it be to meet the best version of yourself for the first time and then have that person available to you at every moment of everyday.

You have been focused on self help for over 10 years, and nothing has moved the needle. You have read all the books, tried all the practices, and you are roughly the same person you have always been, carrying the same amount of anxiety every day. Most of it just added more information to the mix, making me think I had to work on more and more just to get to a decent baseline.

The goal of this work is to see if there is a basic manual that help us live better lives that is not another 600 page book, but maybe 600 foundational words that we can believe deeply in our minds and bodies and will guide us daily.
